This part of the website was supposed to convince you that I’ve done a lot of fun audio projects. Which I have. Below is the most recent creative project I worked on with my friend and collaborator Madeline Gobbo. It’s called “The Green Room.” She wrote the audio play, Sara June and Miles Klee performed with contributions from Madeline and myself. I edited and produced as best I could from across the state. The story was inspired by Madeline’s nightmares around running so many zoom events during the pandemic.

Now that you’re here, I kind of want to convince you that I’m also just fun in general. People seem to have a nice time working with me. And I do things that some people consider fun. I surf and have taught many friends the joys of riding a wave... a wave created hundreds of miles away… in the depths of the ocean… and you’re the lucky boob who caught that wave and has the privilege of seeing the end of it’s journey. You can actually hear me and my best friend talk about that as the token surfers in JR’s “The Chronicles of San Francisco” mural. What else would up my fun levels? I once thought I’d choreograph dance for movies and music videos. But now I just dance. I had a very brief cameo in a Big Freedia documentary, which I hoped would be longer and feature me dancing on stage. It does not. Now, I’ve had four knee surgeries in my short but nice life and hopefully you’ll catch me on a dance floor soon enough. Another thing? Well, I have over 50 plants in a 1-bedroom apartment, but I don’t know if that’s fun or symptom of a problem I have yet to deal with.
